- They intentionally run into each other just to see how the other will react.
- They squeeze each other just to aggravate the other and then says, "but i was just try to give him a hug."
- They bite
- They tackle
- They take one anothers toy
I know it's all normal and it's what i have to look forward to for the next ye many years...but i may send them to the zoo!!!!

Oh girl! My everyday is filled with high pitched squeels. First they'll be running laughing and within minutes it's screaming & crying. And the frustrating thing is that Peyton is in a squeeling phase too. She thinks its hilarious. Oh my somedays they drive me totally crazy. I am thankful that 2 days a week I get to trade them in for a room of 14 4/5 year olds. Ahhhh!!!!
I often tell the children that my ears hurt and that they have to go away from me to speak, argue, bicker, or sing. Esp when I have been teaching all day long.
Why do you think we bought a house with an upstairs?
"They" tell me that one day we will miss this. Ooo-kay. My ears won't. And I have WORSE news, it gets louder as they get older. Only then the arguments are much more about not coming in my room and who is on whose team for touch football.
Totally normal, totally frustrating, and totally the reason I'm looking forward to getting together with the Adoptive Mommy Girls in less than 4 hours.
LOL I remember very well doing all those sorts of things when I was little. My poor momma!
Welcome to the world of motherhood, especially to boys! They just love to bother each other and fight and wrestle. I now have daily headaches from sceaming, squealing and yelling. I have to remind myself that they grow up so fast and this too shall pass, someday!! Believe me you so are not alone. Miss you guys.
first - I love your new blog design! secondly, oh girl, i feel your pain! :) welcome to motherhood of BOYS!
i don't believe those sweet boys act like that! :)
at least your new backgrounds are rockin' cute!
LOL...I can remember some sisterly pestering as kids. Never did we think then it would reciprocate on the other side. Love on my two "trouble makers", I miss them madly. xoxo
PS: Love the pears.
Yup, boys!! My little boys do just exactly all this, endless running tackling wrestling....it wears me out but seemingly not them? And I'd love to say it will pass, but my big boys (17 and 19) will still join in w/ the littles and STILL do it w/ each other when they are both home (19 yr old away at college). It never changes...but the secret is that when they are bigger (and take up more room w/ their wrestling) you miss it when they are gone and so glad to see it again when they are back.....go figure.
Anyhow, that's why they made bathtubs, imho! For mom.
OH, that is totally boys. We have a wrestling rule, only wrestle in the basement where mommy can't see it. Cuz I just don't get it, you know? Of course my girls are JUST as loud in their own ways. Today 3 of the five kids were out of the house and I have to admit I was enjoying the peace just a bit.
okay that is hysterical!! Add 2 more to that mix . . . . I can loan you a few!?
