How fun! We have a lot in common. I think coffee should be a food group for sure. :)
Hi! The double twist will stay for a week or so if you cover it and still moisturize it in the morning and maybe do "touch ups" if some look like they are coming out or it starts looking ratty. I did it recently for a wedding he was in and I used some spiker glue by Joico and that seemed to keep them in longer. I was talking to my hair dresser and she said the double twists often only last a week or two. Sad cause I love it but it takes FOREVER!
